Dr. Shelby Carter is a partner and President of the Medical Park Orthopedic Clinic in Austin, Texas. With two decades of orthopedic experience he is committed to providing the highest quality patient care.

State-of the-art techniques with which Dr Carter has extensive training and experience include: the Birmingham Hip Resurfacing System, the Minimally Invasive Oxford Knee Unicompartmental Replacement, the Minimally Invasive Direct Anterior Hip Replacement, and Computer Assisted Orthopedic Surgery. Other operative techniques Dr. Carter specializes in include: fully arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, and cartilage transplantation.
